    CRM DATA MANAGER

    HYBRID
    LONDON - VERY FLEXIBLE WORKING - NO SET DAYS IN THE OFFICE

    As a CRM Data Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:


    • Play an integral role in the planning and delivery of complex, personalised, automated programmes, utilising knowledge of Tealium capability
    • Build CRM segments in Tealium to the required specifications for CRM and Performance marketing deployment
    • Have a deep understanding of the capability of Tealium and educate CRM Managers and Data Analysts on this and where it can be applied to improve performance
    • Adhere to data quality/management best practices and regulations including ensuring compliance with GDPR
    Extensive experience using Tealium or equivalent CDP platform with knowledge of how data flows into TealiumA/S via different integration methodologies


    • Experience in CDP management - Tealium, mParticle, Segment or equivalent market-leading CDP
    • Knowledge of SQL, JavaScropt/Python/NodeJS for editing data as well as understanding of SDKs, APIs and JSON
    • Skilled in scoping and delivering data requirements for programmes with automation and personalisation requirements
