    Position Overview:

    The Senior HR Business Partner will play a critical role in partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of organisational goals. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and management and provide expertise in areas such as employee relations, talent management, organisational development, performance management, and employee engagement. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Partner with leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organisational goals.
    2. Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
    3. Collaborate with talent acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment and onboarding processes that attract top talent and support workforce planning needs.
    4. Lead initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and development, including identifying career development opportunities.
    5. Lead and participate in Total Reward reviews to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices that support employee retention and motivation.
    6. Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop proactive strategies to address areas of opportunity and improvement.
    7. Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance with all legal requirements.
    8. Act as a change agent by driving organisational initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
    9. Serve as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and work to create a culture of belonging where all employees feel valued and respected.
    10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives as needed.
    11. Manage HR Associate and HR Assistant, identifying development opportunities and ensuring appropriate workload alignment across team.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • High proficiency in PowerPoint and excel.
    • Interest in AI utilisation for HR activity desired.
    • Prior focus in DE&I and/or Total Rewards preferred.
