As part of our catering team you will be performing a variety of tasks to help prepare tasty, nutritious meals from locally sourced fresh produce.


We are currently recruiting a Catering assistant to join our team at Glusburn Community Primary School, Colne Lane, Keighley, BD20 8PJ.


As a Catering Assistant your role will be to support the Cook in delivering an effective catering service operating to the highest standards of food safety.

On a daily basis, you will be carrying out basic food preparation, serving meals to children and staff, washing up and cleaning the kitchen and dining room.


You will be a valued member of our friendly team who is reliable, dependable and committed working from 10.00am to 14:00 pm totalling to 20 hours per week over 5 days.

You will work term time weeks only however you will receive equal monthly payments throughout the year. For this you will be paid £10.50 per hour in addition to annual holiday and Bank Holiday entitlement.
