They are committed to the highest standards, having been awarded chartered status by the Chartered Insurance Institute.They are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join their successful Real Estate team based in Manchester to maintain key client's Property & Construction Insurance portfolios, providing a high quality, professional and efficient service.Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day servicing of clients' insurance programmes
• Obtain quotations both or new and renewal business. Research, prepare and present renewal reports.
• Prepare market presentations in line with agreed protocols.
• Effectively respond and manage with queries (and to the satisfaction of the client and the market), including but not limited to changes in cover and risk.
• Identify the risk exposures and advise on insurance and risk management solutions in consultation with your team.
• Build and nurture close, long-lasting relationships by developing a constantly expanding network of client contacts.
• Serve clients as an advocate for their needs, ensuring delivery of exceptional service through close and regular interaction.
