RUSK & RUSK are excited to bring The Spanish Butcher restaurant & bar to the capital in April 2024.

Delivering an authentic Spanish dining experience in the heart of Edinburgh.

With a focus on Galician beef, Iberico ham, and exquisite seafood, menus showcase the freshest Spanish flavours and ingredients combined with a Midtown Manhattan design.

Current or previous experience working in bar and potentially cocktail, wine and/or mixology skills.
Open to learning our menus, food and wine.
Minimum of 1 years experience in a managerial role within a high-calibre restaurant environment
Outstanding knowledge of food and drink, with an appreciation for high quality produce
Experienced in leading a high-volume dinner service within a high-calibre restaurant
