    Description

    What you'll do:

  • Maintain and configure IT systems in a multi-site environment.
  • Maintain and configure AWS, Azure, and Office 365
  • Manage firewall configuration and implementation.
  • Ensure the accessibility and availability of IT resources (Servers, Firewalls, Wireless, etc.).
  • Provides escalation support to IT operations personnel.
  • Perform system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
  • Works with other functional IT areas to ensure that best practices, policies, and procedures are adhered to.
  • Performs other IT-related tasks as required.
  • What you must have:

  • Thorough understanding of networking concepts (Routing, Switching, VLAN's, etc).
  • In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto NGFW.
  • In-depth knowledge Microsoft O365 and Entra ID.
  • In-depth knowledge of Network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
  • In-depth knowledgewith Active Directory, CA, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Linux is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft InTune is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of AWS is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work outside normal business hours when needed.
  • Must be willing to support global multisite environments.
  • Able to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and be self-motivated.
  • Able to actively participate in team development and promote team-oriented processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to think outside the box.
  • Education:

  • Significant experience with network systems or BA degree or higher
