Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a Permanent Finance Administration Assistant position to work with our client based in Canary wharf.
The main purpose of this role will be responsible for providing additional support to the Finance team with general administration of the Finance systems as well as supporting the collection of outstanding accounts receivable.
SALARY up to £29,000k
Hybrid - 2 days in the office 3 days from home
DUTIES Duties and responsibilities**- All administration for the finance team
- Completing Know Your Client (KYC) Forms
- Involved in administration required to collate confirmations from banks
- Allocation of payments received on finance systems
- Updating client details on system
- Sending copy invoices and credit notes to clients on request
- Receive and process card payments from clients via phone.
- Processing credit notes as required and reissuing invoices
- Completing timesheets on behalf of colleagues without system access
- Chasing late timesheets
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Prior experience working in an administrative within role finance preferable.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word and Excel
- GCSE passes in Maths and English, or equivalent
- A to C passes in A-Levels, or equivalent
