00 per hour, £13.00 per hour training rate
*Contract: *Permanent Days on a rota basis covering Monday to Sunday, 9 hour shifts between 8am and 8pm

*Your role will be dedicated to working with a teenager with cerebral palsy, physical disabilities and special needs in their own home. Working to build a professional, working relationship and supporting them with their activities of daily living, in social and leisure activities at home or in the community. An understanding of special needs and communication

• Experience of working in a support role, providing high levels of care
• Flexible in approach to meet the needs of the client
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle (must be over 25 years old due to client's vehicle insurance)
• Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in social care

Experience working with cerebral palsy and complex care needs

• 6 weeks holiday (pro rata for part time)
