    Finance Control & Governance ERP Project Manager

    Are you ready to be part of our clients ground-breaking Finance Transformation journey? They are embarking on significant S/4 Hana deployment for Finance, and they are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead Finance control and governance workstreams within this transformative program.

    Responsibilities within a Workstream:

    Oversee Finance control and governance, including:

    • Risk Identification
    • Control Objectives
    • Design
    • Security Design
    • User Role Mapping
    • SOD Matrix
    • Controls Scorecard
    • Security Strategy & Design
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define clear project scopes.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing timelines and budgets effectively.
    • Coordinate resources, both internal staff and external contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards within budgetary constraints.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions.
    • Keep stakeholders, including the executive team, informed with regular project status updates.
    • Foster productive collaboration through facilitation of team meetings and effective communication channels.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
    • Contribute to solution design and other workstream activities as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience in managing ERP or systems implementation projects.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
    • Strong project management skills, including planning, resource management, and risk assessment.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
    • Collaborative team player with the capacity to foster teamwork and cohesion.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
    • Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project or JIRA.
