    Business Analyst - FIXED TERM CONTRACT

    Join our team of exceptional customer-focused business process, workflow, and systems analysts in a dynamic international business. As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify requirements, analyse challenges and opportunities, and contribute to the transition to a new suite of cutting-edge, fully integrated platforms as part of an exciting Digital Transformation program. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer experience and optimize the effectiveness of our technology services, driving best practices, productivity, and efficiencies.

    Responsibilities:

  • Support the Case Management System Manager in designing and embedding guiding principles and methodologies, including design thinking and data-driven design.
  • Be a proactive, customer-focused IT analyst, advocating for the end-user experience and taking ownership of problem-solving.
  • Act as a change ambassador, ensuring all IT projects consider customer impact, and provide support during project go-live and warranty periods.
  • Gather high-quality business and technical requirements, focusing on improving IT service effectiveness and identifying opportunities for new solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners or Subject Matter Experts to manage the prioritization of investment requests and adhere to governance frameworks.
  • Design feedback mechanisms to identify trends and opportunities for continual improvement in service usage and adoption.
  • Undertake Project Manager roles as needed, following IT project management governance frameworks.
  • Foster an environment of openness, collaboration, and communication.
  • Configure case management system work types, including phase plans, data capture, workflows, and portal pages.
  • Provide support to document technicians for complex document templates and data tagging to support workflow design.
  • Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Analysis or related field.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in end-to-end change management, from understanding customer needs to testing, implementation, and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for user experience.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology, especially scrum, prototyping, and MVP.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and translate non-technical ideas into IT solutions.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Case & Matter Management Systems (ShareDo highly desirable), and 3e.
  • Knowledge of Legal Technology software solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with business process modelling, workflow design, and form automation.
  • Understanding of IT activities including application development, configuration, IT infrastructure, databases, service management, and change management.
  • Desirable:

  • Experience in quality assurance, testing, and project management.
  • Knowledge of target operating models, value stream mapping, and LEAN process improvement.
