Business & Private PA - Based in Hampstead Resident (Car available & Parking)

A wonderful opportunity to join a truly fabulous Family and support the husband of the family in a Business and Private Capacity. Working from the home office 9 - 5 your day will be busy and interesting. The boss is Chairman of a HNW Luxury Brand and really needs lots of sorting out with logistics, diary and organising his life in all aspects.

Married with 3 children (wife is fully self sufficient and charming) and needs her husband to be highly organised and ready for his meetings and private commitments also.

Heavy diary management - able to prioritise with ease. A good head for logistics and forward planning (with changes that will not throw you). Knowing what is important and what is not. Monitoring inbox and flagging up any important issues. Drafting responses and correspondence, dealing with invoices and payments, credit cards etc.. Booking both business and private dinners, lunches and occasions/events. Liaising with external members of the company updating on changes. Arranging travel and itineraries, hotels and research on travel/leisure matters.

You must have a background supporting your Principal from the household (Essential) and used to mucking in when needed,, have a good sense of humour and love being a PA and a pivotal part of the life of the family. Your highly honed organisational skills will be used to the maximum and your work will be valued.

This is a charming and upbeat family that want you to stay for the long term. You must be child friendly and love that family atmosphere. You may be asked (only occasionally) to do the pick up from school which is 5 mins away. This is a real mix of business and private work and a job forever for the right PA who wants to commit. The role will grow over time and you could attend high level external meetings with the Principal and be involved as time goes on.
