    We are looking for an experienced Digital Advisory Senior Manager to join our team.

    We are flexible on location within Scotland.

    The Senior Manager in the Digital Advisory team will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients with system reviews, process mapping, ERP selection, software implementation and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of digital solutions, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining client relationships.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

      • Conduct in-depth system reviews and process mapping for clients
      • Provide expert advice on ERP selection and integration
      • Manage relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with delivered services
      • For our key app stack, provide implementation services to our clients on configuration and design aligned to their needs
      • Lead and oversee complex digital projects from inception to completion
      • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
      • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
      • sEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practice
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations affecting digital advisory services
      • Implement quality control procedures for all digital advisory services
      • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the digital advisory line
      • Participate in networking events and industry conferences
      • Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell services
      • Create content and deliver internal events to showcase our services and promote learning opportunities.
      • Mentor and manage a team of digital advisory professionals
      • Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage professional growth
      • Conduct performance reviews and set developmental goals

    About you

    • Ability to think strategically with a focus on innovation and process improvement
    • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong ethical standards and integrity
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or equivalent in a related field
    • Relevant certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or ERP systems is essential
    • Experienced in a similar role, preferably in an accounting or consultancy firm
    • Proven track record in ERP implementation and digital transformation projects
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Strong organisational and communication skills – both written and verbal as well as the ability to negotiate and manage clients at all levels
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
