    Who's the businessWe are partnering with a dynamic private equity backed scale-up as it looks for an experienced and innovative interim CFO.

    The business in question has experienced significant growth in recent years and are committed to revolutionizing their industry through innovation and cutting-edge tech solutions.

    As the business continues to expand operations internationally, they are seeking a CFO able to lead and inspire a finance team of circa 15, improve investor reporting and drive a data driven strategic agenda.

    In this role, the chosen candidate will provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to support growth initiatives and financial objectives as well as supporting the fundraising efforts of the business through to an IPO or exit.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborating with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.
    Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
    Analysing financial performance and providing insights to drive decision-making.
    Developing and maintaining strong financial controls and processes.
    Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
    Leading and mentoring finance team members to ensure operational excellence.


    Requirements:
    Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or CIMA)


    Proven experience as a CFO in a high-growth environment, preferably at a Series C or later stage scale-up to IPO or exit.

    Experienced in international growth Deep understanding of financial modelling, analysis, and reporting best practices.
    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
