The Role:


  • Responsible for checking & remote rectification of any issues that occur on customer sites.
  • Investigate incidents that occur & provide feedback to clients.
  • To create Anti-Theft reports from incidents on the daily activity report & issues incoming from customers
- investigate, download footage, screenshots.

  • To provide communication to clients re activity/ issues on their sites.
  • To provide administration and communication for the WCCTV Heartbeat system.
  • To provide administration support to the Operations Team
  • Update data within the department
- always ensure accuracy (software, spreadsheets & folders)

  • Provide occasional Bank Holiday support.
