    It manages the capability building approach for media, staying connected and working with markets to drive Test and Learn programmes to further Haleon's effectiveness agenda.

    The role provides the connective tissue between markets, accelerating the sharing of media activities which are successful and those which should no longer be pursued.


    The role provides operational support for local media teams, helping with agency management and services as well as implementing technical projects related to the Global Media strategy.

    This role reports to the Global Head of Media Operations.

    Support the Head of Media Operations with process, implementation of effectiveness projects, servicing the local markets


    • Provides market-level data where necessary for global requirements, ensuring key senior stakeholders have the right visibility to all market data
    • Works with local media teams in the detailed set-up of the local team's test & learn programme, structuring tests and working with the measurement teams to help assess effectiveness
    • Stays connected to the local media teams on their Test & Learn programmes, cross share learnings from one market to another, ensuring success and failures are made available as rapidly as possible
    • Partners with the internal Measurement team (within Consumer, Business, Insights & Analytics) to create cross-market analysis of Test and Learn programmes designed to build an internal knowledge set
    • WFA) to bring the outside in on key Test and Learn opportunities
    • Support the Global Head of Media Operations in the capability programme, including helping to manage events, write presentations, organise training
    • Responsible for the media training agenda, including managing access to 3rd party courses
    Ideally experience working in a local or regional role managing media, measurement, or communications projects
