Salary:
£32,000 - £35,000 DOE

Salary:
Either up to £32,000 per annum (Junior Sous Chef) or £35,000 per annum (Sous Chef)

Out client is recruiting an enthusiastic Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef who has a passion for great food and excellent hospitality You will be leading from the front, motivating, and developing your kitchen team to deliver quality food that will have a say in.

The Role:

You will be leading a kitchen team to deliver food to a high standard
You will work closely with the head chef and be involved in the development of menus within budgets
Your role is key to ensuring high levels of quality fresh, local and seasonal food
Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Engagement with our local suppliers to develop trade
