- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the property management team, fostering a culture of excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Assess and identify opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives, which deliver improved customer experience and satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, to deliver best-in-class customer service and address enquiries or issues in a timely manner.
- First point of escalation in customer complaints.
- Attend owner's meetings/AGM's with Property Managers to ensure that expectations are being met.
- Recruitment support and implement interim and annual performance review and goal setting meetings for the team.
- Deliver regular team meetings.
- Ensure profitability across the team.
- KPI's in customer retention, customer satisfaction, team retention and revenue vs cost.
- Minimum of 5 years property factoring experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to set and manage targets.
- Must have the ability to demonstrate an analytical and solution focused approach to business challenges.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full, clean driving licence
- Must be able to commute between Aberdeen and Inverness and spend time between both offices on a weekly basis.

With a focus on integrity, innovation, and client satisfaction.They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team as an Associate Director, with a minimum of 5 years factoring experience.
The role will involve the management of both Aberdeen and Inverness offices, with an expectation of spending time in both offices on a weekly basis.
As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction, and the delivery of team coaching, development and training.
