    Position Overview:
    They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Manager/Administrator to join their team in Birmingham.

    The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting the smooth functioning of our administrative tasks.

    Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable processes.
    Handle payroll duties efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
    Conduct VAT submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
    Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any issues that arise.
    Generate financial reports for management review.
    Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
    Proven experience as an Accounts Manager/Administrator or similar role.
    Proficiency in SAGE 50 software.
    Strong understanding of payroll processes and experience in payroll management.
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Prior experience in the fire protection industry (preferred but not required).
