    Secondary School in Dagenham, needs experienced and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant.

    If so, we have fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in a great Dagenham.

    The school is offering to prepare graduates to become brilliant teachers. It acts as a springboard and training ground for graduates who want to learn how to teach and build transformational relationships with pupils. The school are also able to offer a very clear pathway of progression into the teaching profession.

    The successful candidate will ideally have some relevant experience working with children and the drive and enthusiasm to inspire pupils and teachers.

    Responsibilities include:

    ·Tutoring and mentoring groups of pupils and individuals to ensure everyone is reading at their age level

    ·Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in and out of classes

    ·Actively engaging in every professional developmental opportunity on the road to a successful career in teaching

    ·Co-teaching classes with different subject teachers

    Experience required:

    ·Degree qualified from an English speaking university

    ·Have a passion for helping young people excel

    ·Have experience working with school aged children (desirable, not essential)
