Logistics People are looking for a Line Leader to join our team.

Location:
Dudley

Working Hours: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 06:00 Rotating Shifts

Pay rate:
£11.14 P/hr // £11.84 P/hr After training Overtime Rates Available

What does working as a Line Leader for Logistics People involve?

Lead and motivate the Operators
Coach and develop members of your team.
Meet compliance targets
Ensure that customer requirements are met
Drive a continuous improvement culture
To report any safety issues to the Area Manager on a daily basis.
Liaise with Area Manager and Technical Manager
Conform customer codes of practice and BRC standards at all times.
Manage break times on the line
Carry out start up checks on the line.
Complete all necessary paperwork.
Complete product audits
Complete efficient changeovers using the skills of the operators on the line
Setup, run and carryout checks on the equipment
