    We have direct instructions from an elite UK law firm to recruit a senior employment lawyer for its London office.

    The new hire will join a market-leading employment practice and will advise a diverse client base, including both employers and employees, on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. These include discrimination, restrictive covenants, HR advisory, TUPE, unfair dismissal, redundancies, settlement agreements, data theft, misappropriation of confidential information, the employment aspects of corporate transactions, and other contractual issues. Alongside advisory work, there will also be opportunities to advise on litigation matters in the Employment Tribunal, High Court, and appellate courts.

    To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you should have:

    • Strong academic credentials and a stable career record.
    • 5+ years' PQE gained within a recognised employment practice in the UK.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
