    About Exemplar Health Care
    Pathways complex needs care home inSutton-on-Ashfieldspecialises in supporting adults living with alearning disability and/or autism.

    Our Nurse-led team provides person-centred nursing care and rehabilitation that focuses on maximising independence and building everyday living skills.

    The home provides community based living for eight adults living with a severe or profound and multiple learning disability (PMLD) and/or autism, who may also display behaviours of concern, be living with complex mental health needs or have a physical disability.

    As a Home Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you wont just manage your home, youll be the heartbeat of everything that happens there.

    Youll provide person-centred and quality driven care to ensure that you makeevery day betterfor the people who live and work in your home.

    As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting.
