Our projects currently span the UK, the Republic of Ireland, the USA and Australia.

You will work closely with our Divisional Director and wider MWS & Geospatial Sector leadership team to contribute towards our MWS strategy and drive forward APEM's marine wildlife consultancy services, whilst also managing relationships with key clients.

This role offers much flexibility and will be considered on a remote/home based/hybrid or full-time office based; although regardless of your preferred working arrangement there will still be the occasional requirement to come to one of our national offices as and when required.

It is essential that you have experience of leading and engaging a team to success; furthermore you'll also have a proven track record of developing and growing colleagues through your extensive technical knowledge and experience.

You'll be able to evidence your technical proficiency by biodiversity inputs to assessments and reports, and delivery of projects to high standard, on time and within budgets.

If you can't tick every box above, then we are still keen to hear from you and are open to supporting your development.

That may be working part time or supporting you to gain experience in a specific area - we are a growing company and are able to adapt roles to reflect individual skills.

We may also have an associated role that might be of interest.
