    ABC Teachers are looking to recruit enthusiastic Newly Qualified and Trainee Teachers across Stoke on Trent and surrounding areas who are seeking to begin or complete the Early Career Framework from September 2024.


    We will help you start your career and joining our ECT Pool will give you exclusive access to a variety of teaching roles in your local area.


    Working for ABC Teachers will give you scope to work on a full time or part time basis, as well as having the option to work on a day to day basis, or in short term and long term positions depending on what suits your circumstances.


    In the meantime, whilst you are still studying and waiting for your QTS to be awarded, we can offer you work as a Teaching Assistant which will allow you to experience different schools in your local area so you can find a school that is right for you ready for September 2024.

    The school


    ABC Teachers work with a range of 'Good' and 'Outstanding' schools in Stoke on Trent and the surrounding areas who will be looking to recruit new staff for September 2024.

    To be considered for the Newly Qualified Teacher position, you will:


    • Have experience teaching in a primary school setting and be able to provide references for this experience
    • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
    • Access to references to cover the last 2 years of both Education and Employment.
    • A passion for working with Children.
    • Flexible and adaptable, open to working in a range of different schools in Stoke on Trent and the surrounding areas.
    • ABC Teachers is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system. (Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration).
