- Background in healthcare, ideally wound care or homecare, ostomy, continence, urology or pressure care.
- Team leadership experience: demonstrated experience in leading and managing small marketing teams. Proven ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
- background in product management, including product launches and lifecycle management. Experience in downstream marketing activities, such as market research, messaging development, and sales enablement.
- Familiarity with the UK healthcare landscape, particularly in the acute and homecare sectors. Knowledge of relevant regulations, reimbursement systems, and customer segments is advantageous.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential.
