    Our client is looking for a talented Paid Media Officer to join their growing, dynamic and innovative Digital Team.

    As a Paid Media Officer, you will get to do more than just manage online advertisements.

    You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed, while using paid media strategies to help drive the growth and success of their website and increase customer footfall in their stores.

    Working closely with the wider team, you will ensure that paid media objectives and goals are fully aligned with the overarching Digital strategy.

    Assist in the creation, development, implementation and execution of cutting-edge Digital campaigns from concept through to delivery, at both a department and regional level.

    Work with the immediate and wider teams on campaigns, from conception to implementation, briefing the team on relevant assets needed for our paid activity.

    Perform day-to-day activities, including campaign builds, copy writing, content creation, performance monitoring, budget pacing, forecasting, A/B testing and more
    Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute, monitor and optimise our PPC/social/display media activity across social Media Platforms [Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok], to drive incremental in-store sales as well as traffic to the website,
    Use platforms and dashboards to report and analyse on the effectiveness of all paid for digital campaigns.

    Track, analyse and report on the effectiveness of all digital campaigns, distributing this information via regular reporting to all key stakeholders and buying departments on a regular basis.

    Research new developments and trends in paid for digital marketing and communicate your findings to the team while suggesting/developing ideas based on your findings.

    Assist with establishing a best-in-class approach to digital marketing, all whilst maintaining knowledge of industry best practices, new technologies and platform advancements.

    Be able to Troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to specific needs or requests.
    Be able to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
    Collaborate with wider team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all campaigns.

    Work with the Digital Marketing Manager on defining the paid media budget across regions, seasons and campaigns, ensuring spend accurately forecast and delivered optimally.

    You will have a strong analytical eye and a passion for all thing's social media and digital marketing.

    3+ years' experience at either a digital marketing agency or in-house; running Facebook campaigns.
    ~ Proven track record in digital marketing, a strong analytical eye and a passion for all thing's social media and digital marketing.
    ~ Have worked within platforms including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads.
    ~ Excellent planning and organisation skills, able to multi-task, plan, work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workflow.
