For over 30 years we've been helping charities and non-profits create printed materials, digital experiences and identities.

We create brands, produce printed materials such as impact reports, magazines and fundraising materials, and design and build bespoke websites.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team, with 1-2 years minimum commercial experience.

These briefs vary in nature and may include but are not limited to deliverables such as reports, magazines, newsletters, branding, digital graphics, website and email designs.

Producing designs in response to client's briefs using Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
Sourcing appropriate stock photography and graphics to complement designs
Ensuring client brand guidelines are adhered to
Providing quality control over own work
Producing final print ready/web ready artwork to agreed specifications

The role will be based in our office in Bowthorpe, Norwich, however some hybrid working may be possible after a probationary period with 3 days per week office based, 2 days remote working.

Office hours are 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday, with an early finish at 5pm on Friday.
