About The Role:

Recipharm are looking for a Process Specialist (Production Execution) for a new SAP based project team at our Holmes Chapel site.

This fixed term contract position has the flexibility for you to work in the office or from home within the confines of the needs of the business.

The salary for this role is dependant on experience and includes a discretionary annual bonus, 25 days leave plus bank holidays (buy / sell scheme), 10% company pension contribution, onsite parking and medical + dental insurance.

As a Process Specialist (Production Execution) you will support the implementation of the SAP production execution module for the Holmes Chapel Manufacturing and Packing Operations

Recipharm, Holmes Chapel specialises in the manufacture of inhalation products such as Metered Dose Inhalers (MDI), Dry Powder Inhalers (DPI) and Nasal Sprays.

As a Process Specialist your duties will include:

Collaborate with stakeholders across the Manufacturing/Production Area to understand business processes.
Conduct indepth analysis and mapping of current business processes.
Identify process gaps, incompatibilities with SAP
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
Supports implementation of revised business processes.

- providing expert advice on how to leverage SAP functionality.

Assist with testing, training, data migration, and other projectrelated activities.

Process Specialist key skills and experience:

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
Experience in analysing and mapping business processes.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
Experience managing project requirements and timelines.
Experience in analysing and mapping business processes.
Expert knowledge of SAP Production execution
Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
