Edinburgh, Leeds, London, Halifax, Bristol, Manchester - For many of our office based colleagues, we work in hybrid ways which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of their time at one of our office sites.
Salary & Benefits:
The base salary banding for this role is £85,208 to £106,510 in London and £73,616 to £92,020 outside of London plus annual personal bonus, 15% employer pension contribution, private medical insurance, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Cloud Services deliver and provide ongoing support of our Private Cloud Platforms. Private Cloud forms a key part of the bank's strategy to modernise and digitise its footprint on our journey.
It is an exciting time to join this fast-paced area and support the evolution of a highly customer-focused, innovative, and agile service provision.
Specific activities which you'll be responsible for include things like;
- Working on all aspects of the lifecycle for the Private Cloud OpenShift Platform and the consumable services and products.
- You'll detail and drive a prioritised backlog of activity in support and product lifecycle and you'll understand, develop and optimise the contractual and commercial requirements.
- Translate Business Platform needs into technical requirements ensuring that engineering teams understand exactly what is to be delivered and lead these requirements.
- Identify platform and product evolution opportunities in response to known customer demand, existing deficiencies, supplier enhancements and wider industry developments; developing the case where required
- Enhance customer advocacy by promoting products, acting as a focal point for customer feedback and driving retention through proactive engagement initiatives.
- Providing recommendations on optimisation across all services, delivering the best value to LBG at all times.
What do we need to see from applicants
- A desire to develop a deep understanding of our Infrastructure and OpenShift Services in order to be an advocate of our offerings.
- Experience of working as a Product Manager or Product Owner, defining and prioritising product backlogs and working closely with Engineering delivery functions
- Strong influencing skills including an innovative approach, creating solutions to problems that arise unexpectedly.
- A proactive demeanour with the ability to work by yourself
- Ability to lead multiple projects and work with several collaborators at once.
Desirable skills to have
- Experience working on Private Cloud products Customer Infrastructure
- Previous experience working with Private Cloud technologies
- VMWare, Virtual Networking, CI/CD Tooling and Kubernetes based platforms.
