£30,000 to £40,000 plus Bonus & Benefits

Our client and their delivery team is seeking a key member to support the Area Build Supervisor in ensuring that our clients Build Partners comply with their remit and adhere to QHSE, NRSWA, and other regulatory guidelines.

The responsibilities of the roleinclude, but are not limited to:

Verifying work to ensure company deadlines are being met.
Holding site meetings with Highway representatives to negotiate work schedules and Traffic Management requirements.
Conducting site inspections to ensure that work and sites meet NRSWA, Health & Safety, and business standards.
Ensuring that all Build Partner teams are competent, fully trained, aware of all requirements, and have been inducted before starting work on site.
Completing site surveys, risk assessments, and reporting any necessary changes to the plan to the Area Build Supervisor.
Managing onsite Physical Infrastructure Access to ensure all requirements are met.
Communicating with Build Partners in advance of works to increase awareness and minimize potential issues.
Examining plans and ensuring all documentation is available as required (utility stats, clear engineering drawings, etc.).
Recording and reporting any deviations from the original plan.
Verifying additional costs are accurate and reported promptly.
Ensuring completed works meet the required standards and capturing via internal systems.
Providing coverage for other Supervisors as needed.
Communicating with internal Design teams when the design plan needs to change.
Managing customer complaints or requests.

An exciting opportunity for both a Junior and Senior Build Supervisor with the following.

Full UK Driving License
Understanding of poling, cable, or civils installations on a fibre network
A good understanding of fibre network installation or a good knowledge of Civil Engineering for fibre network installations.
