About the Role As a CQC Registered Manager you will be responsible for one of our registered services,Errol House in Boston Spa.

You will have a team of Managers and Assistant Managers to support you to ensure best practice is promoted and Errol House we have 5 individuals living with us,who all need support due to their varying conditions (cerebral palsy, autism and learning disabilities).

You can expect your working day at Errol House to be fun, full of activities and endless laughs All the individuals living here are non-verbal and require 1:1 support with aspects of 2:1 support when they access the community.

3 of the individuals are also wheelchair users so the use of hoists and manual handling will occur throughout the service.

Great care is dependent on a great team, so youll have strong leadership and coaching skills along with a desire to help develop your team and support progression.

You may well be an experienced Registered Manager working in a different setting, or someone who is seeking their next challenge.
