Exciting opportunity for a Business Change/Business Analyst Power Transformation Programme to join this global Energy company.
Background

The team have embarked on a significant change programme, looking to improve the systems and processes for Energy Trading in the UK and Europe.

They are looking for a talented Business Change/Business Analyst to join the Power Transformation Programme teamto support the Power Operations business area with their large-scale business change aspirations to create a world class and fit for purpose Power (Electricity) business processes, enabling a significant scaling up of the business in line with growth ambitions.

Key skills

A good understanding of energy trading and deal lifecycle for Power contracts and all Power asset types within both the UK and Europe.
Proven track record in successfully designing processes and facilitating process design workshops within the European Power asset and supply area
Proven ability to lead and facilitate business change, ideally within the Power Operations area
Ideally experienced in standard process modelling notations like BPMN 2.0
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in deploying new technologies is preferred (i.e. ETRM systems)
