Mae gennym gyfle
Ydych chi'n mwynhau helpu pobl mewn angen? Ydych chi'n chwilio am rôl werth chweil a allai roi hwb i'ch gyrfa yn y sector iechyd a chymdeithasol?

Rydym yn chwilio am berson gofalgar a gwydn, a all feddwl ar eu traed mewn amgylchedd dan bwysau i ymuno â'n Tîm Ymateb i Argyfwng Iechyd a Lleol.

Byddwch wedi eich lleoli mewn Adran Achosion Brys brysur a dwys, a byddwch yn cynnig cefnogaeth ymarferol ac emosiynol i gleifion.

Byddwch yn cyflawni tasgau anfeddygol i ryddhau'r staff meddygol i allu canolbwyntio ar eu rolau clinigol a sicrhau bod yr ymwelwyr mor gyfforddus â phosib.

Mae'r cyfrifoldebau yn amrywiol ac fe fyddant yn cynnwys, ond heb eu cyfyngu i'r canlynol:

  • Cyfeirio a chyfeirio cleifion
  • Darparu cymorth ymarferol
- blanced, gobennydd, bowlen sâl, ailgyflenwi jygiau dŵr, darparu lluniaeth. Stocio lliain ac ail-lenwi stoc.

  • Rhoi cefnogaeth emosiynol i gleifion, perthnasau a staff gan gynnwys cefnogaeth un i un i gleifion sydd wedi drysu neu sydd â dementia.
  • Cysylltu â chydweithwyr yn y GIG ynghylch ymholiadau gan gleifion. Darparu cefnogaeth profedigaeth.
  • Ymgymryd ag arolygon y GIG.
  • Sicrhau bod cleifion sy'n perthyn yn aros gyda nhw wrth gael eu derbyn neu wrth symud rhwng wardiau.
  • Ymgymryd â galwadau/ymweliadau dilynol â chleifion

Sylwch fod y gwasanaeth hwn yn rhedeg o ddydd Llun i ddydd Sul (gan gynnwys gwyliau banc) rhwng 10am a 10pm.

Bydd rota sy'n cael ei gynhyrchu un mis ymlaen llaw a staff achlysurol yn cael cynnig shifftiau sydd dal ar gael o fewn y rota.
