An interesting new instruction for an E Commerce Administrator with a key employer in the area.

This is a permanent position and offers attractive hybrid working, so 50% working from home and 50% on site

The Position:


The E Commerce Administrator is responsible for providing excellent customer service to support this growing channel within the business, so you will be acting as the key liaison point between Amazon, their logistics providers and their internal teams.


Skills & Knowledge we are seeking:
Digital competency

Good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook

Knowledge of data entry into mainframe computerised business system (any SAP experience within Sales, Materials Management modules an advantage)

A positive attitude and enthusiasm towards problem soling

Excellent communication skills in order to relay information to colleagues and customers clearly and concisely

A strong team work ethic is essential

Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and manage workload effectively a must

Any knowledge of Amazon Vendor Control System would be helpful


Responsibilities will include:


Daily order entry onto their system, ensuring the validity of orders by checking delivery addresses products, prices and stock confirming back on the customer portal.

Obtaining automatic shipping notes on behalf of the third party distributor

Controlling the release of orders to third party distribution company to ensure customer delivery dates are met

Lots of internal and external liaison (ie. liaising with third party distribution partners, finance team, stock control, stock Account Managers)

Control customer invoice queries, query investigation and challenging non-compliance issues, all managed on customer portal

Support colleagues in the customer service team including back up support on Amazon markets and other customers
