- Develop and execute a comprehensive buying strategy for the Garden Furniture and BBQ categories to achieve sales and margin targets
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity to inform range selection and pricing decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to secure the best products, prices, and terms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches and promotions
- Monitor and report on category performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

- Proven track record of delivering growth and profitability in a senior buying role within the Seasonal or Outdoor Living categories
- In-depth knowledge of the Garden Furniture and BBQ markets, including key suppliers, trends, and consumer preferences
- Demonstrable experience in range selection, stock optimization, and supplier negotiation
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members and stakeholders
