As a Resource Planning Administrator, you'll bring experience of administration in a complex fast-paced environment, demonstrable call handling skills and excellent IT skills.

You will have the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible individual.

The Resource Planning Administrator will be responsible for managing accurate records of our clinical staff and infrastructure within the Health Assessment department, supporting the clinician sickness line, performing daily checks and supporting the contact centre with conversion requests.

Using your excellent resource planning experience, you will:
Maintain detailed records including clinician contacts, site specifications and clinician qualifications
Support IT set ups for Clinicians and tracking Locum sign offs
Complete conversion requests from the contact centre/update diaries where necessary
Manage the HA clinician sickness line and liaise with our Analysts on a daily basis
