The role:

Performing sales analyses with a focus on longterm company growth.
Assess the company's position on the commercial market
Design commercial strategies for the company's sales practices
Make purchasing decisions
Monitor customer satisfaction and service levels to ensure that standards are being met
Ensuring all activities are carried out in a costeffective manner
Ensuring all administrative and reporting functions are carried out in accordance with company policy
Have a fenestration/window and door background
Must have current/previous experience as a commercial operations manager
Have excellent management skills
Be able to manage own workload
Have excellent communication skills
