    Aftersales Advisor

    Location: Hinckley

    Hours: Mon - 9am - 6pm, Tues - Friday 10am - 6pm

    Salary: 24,024

    We are searching for an Aftersales Advisor with knowledge of the automotive industry.

    This is a key role in our clients business and we are looking for an individual who possesses the ability to create customer confidence in the aftersales operation.

    What skills do you need:

    • Excellent communication skills, and experience of building strong relationships with a wide range of people (preferably in the motor trade).
    • The ability to problem solve and identify and tackle critical issues and assist in finding a resolution.
    • Good administration skills.
    • Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support aftersales team.
    • A good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components is desirable.

    Duties include:

    • Co-ordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner.
    • Responding to customer enquiries.
    • Taking inbound calls & making outbound calls.
    • Dealing with any customer complaints.
    • Interpreting customer concerns and comments.
    • Liaising with customers and keeping them updated.
    • Advising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles.
    • Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed.
    • Candidates must have experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Motor trade experience is desirable.
    • People focused with the confidence and personality to develop long term customer relationships.
    • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely.
