- Work with the Quick Tools team to enhance, develop, and maintain tools
- Design and develop new tools in collaboration with developers and stakeholders
- Contribute to new features, plan work, design features, and focus on User Experience
- Engage in high-quality software engineering with code reviews, testing, and following modern agile processes
- Demonstrated experience in team-based work delivery
- Strong interpersonal skills for external collaboration
- Significant experience in developing cross-platform software (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Ability to review and comment on C, C++, Python code
- Familiarity with modern software development practices such as source control, automated testing, and Agile methodology
- Domain expertise in debugging performance issues on Windows or Linux systems
- Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience is a plus

Our Developer Ecosystems group aims to boost the adoption of Arm technologies by developers. The Quick Tools team collaborates with the development community and our product tool teams to provide useful small tools and libraries for developers.
We are searching for an individual passionate about creating tools that assist developers in energy efficient computing, offering insights into the processes used by developers who port to Arm and build high-performing applications.
Responsibilities
This role is based in our Manchester office, located in the city centre and hosting various Arm teams.
