    Requirements

    Asa Senior Associate or Salaried Partner in our clients CommercialLitigation team you will be involved in a diverse range of disputeresolution matters. This includes handling claims such as contractdisputes director and shareholder disputes breach of covenant andwarranty claims professional negligence banking defamation fraudprocurement and partnership issues for a varied clientele from theUK and overseas.

    Your role involvesindependent management of cases and overseeing junior colleagues.Beyond casework active participation in business developmentactivities is expected. The ideal candidate will bring an existingportfolio of commercial clients and contacts playing a vital rolein the growth of our clients commercialteam.

    QualificationsandSkills:

    • Proactiveand flexible team player capable of prioritising multiple projectseffectively.
    • General commerciallitigation experience; prior professional negligence work is aplus.
    • Strong written and oralcommunication skills.
    • Enthusiasticabout delivering highquality service to clients with a proactiveand forwardplanningapproach.
    • Excellent academicachievement.
    • Initiative pragmatismcommon sense and strong clientskills.
