Branch Administrator - Sales and Lettings:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the branch in all aspects of sales and lettings administration.
  • To complete all lettings files prior to submission to PM.
  • Assist with office diary management for the teams
  • To work in alongside the lettings teams, covering their admin duties in their absence.
  • Register new applicants in the absence of the teams and complying with GDPR procedures.
  • Ensure documentation is compliant with best practice guidelines.
  • Ensure branch marketing is kept up to date, including the window cards and website.
  • Provide support and training to the Sales & Lettings team with using database and escalate any issues where necessary.
  • Work to exceed your personal targets as well as supporting the office targets.
  • General front of house duties, such as: answering the phones, greeting clients and visitors, and applicant registrations.
  • Act in a professional capacity at all times by offering a high level of service to everyone.

Requirements:


  • 612 months property experience (highly desired)
  • Strong administration skills
  • Impeccable customer service
  • Strong IT skills inc. MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Highly organised with an acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work as a team

Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
