Finance Business Partner - Theale, Reading (Hybrid) - £65,000 - £75, % bonus and benefits

This is a new role in the business due to a period of sustained growth and we're looking for a someone who is self motivated, can work on their own and as part of team, holds excellent communication skills and is looking to join a fast paced and growingbusiness.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process

Headcount reporting and analysis
Timely and accurate month end close and reporting for overheads and IT capex
Accurate reporting and review of all overheads and nonoperational capex costs with budget holders to ensure effective control of spend.
Balance sheet reconciliations
Finance review and approval over payroll; liaison with outsourced payroll processing supplier
Business partnering support for the key projects with the relevant business owners.
