    Think Recruitment are working with a leading fit-out client who is looking to add a Graduate / Junior Project Manager to their team.

    You will be joining a fitout contractor who specialise in fast paced fitout projects across the UK.

    As a Graduate / Junior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Senior Project Managers and Directors, gaining valuable hands-on experience and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

    Duties of a Project Manager include
    Assist in the planning and coordination of construction fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    Liaise with designers, subcontractors and clients to ensure project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.

    Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, assess progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

    Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
    Support the project team in resolving technical challenges and implementing effective solutions to meet project objectives.
    Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
    Estimate costs, track expenses, and make sure the project stays within budget.
