    Job Description Hi, we are Volvo Group - Flexis project

    At the Volvo group, we are aiming at creating a new company in the green logistics sector, on a mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move through cities.

    We want to become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers.

    To make this project come true, the future Joint Venture Flexis will receive initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector.

    We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn.

    We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.

    Being part of the Volvo project team will offer you a strong opportunity to work on a JV creation and bring your passion, experience, startup mindset to move forward with a more sustainable environment.

    In particular, you will develop a fine understanding of both the market characteristics and customer expectations and implement a project sales approach with customers.

    Contribute to building and executing Flexis project commercial strategy in the UK.

    • With your UK team, build a project sales approach specific to each customer needs: o Identify, prioritize customers and customers' customers on targeted segment for Flexis project within last mile delivery o Approach customers with a holistic view, creating awareness of Flexis solutions. o Understand customer needs (ESG, financial & operational) and its ecosystem to offer tailor-made adequate solutions/support. act as Chief Project Manager o Follow-up on implemented solution and drive needed evolution/support though the lifetime of the project (continuous improvement approach). o Promote long term partnerships development with customer's customers; strengthening position as best business partner on their transformation journey.
