We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join the team at our London Mega Terminal Warehouse in Tilbury. You will be responsible for general admin duties ensuring that all daily tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Hours of work


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Entry
  • Order Processing
  • Liaising with the transport team to arrange collection or delivery of goods
  • Allocating and releasing orders
  • Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure customer orders are processed
  • Must be organised
  • Excel knowledge (intermediate)

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:


  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferred but not essential
  • Good customer service
  • MS Office
  • Driven and selfmotivated
  • Proactive problemsolving capability
  • Flexible & adaptable
  • Ability to work to deadlines and meet targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player
