    Role: Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales & Service Cloud)

    Location: Remote

    Day Rate: £400-£500 Per Day Outside IR35

    Length: 6 months

    TechOhana are looking for a seasoned Salesforce BA to join a key customer of ours in the Telco space

    The customer are a fast-growing Telco company that prides itself on providing exceptional services and cutting-edge solutions to their valued customers.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
    • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities and configurations.
    • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process mapping, and data analysis.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.
