- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities and configurations.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process mapping, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.
