    Job Role: Enterprise Network Architect (Data Center)

    Location: Uxbridge, London Paddington and Swindon

    Contract: 6+ Months

    The Role

    • We are looking for Network & security specialist to Design, configure, implement services with strong understanding of how to navigate technical and architectural discussions for Data Centre hosting and migration
    • We need strong background in networking, SaaS and security. Deep understanding of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols
    • Fortigate firewall and various firewall background and hybrid cloud integration is requirement.
    • Experience with Proxy and SSL is essential
    • Understanding of cybersecurity technologies, protocols, and applications. Versatile with using various operating systems including Windows, Mac, and GNU/Linux

    Your Profile

    Key skills/knowledge/experience:

    • Experience:
    • 12 to 15 years of experience in Enterprise Network Design and Architecture for UK/Europe/US based account
    • Technical Skills:
    • Expert knowledge in security control design and development, researching security capabilities in solutions, evaluation of commercial products and vendors, review of complex solution architecture designs
    • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development; business process design for security compliance and assurance
    • Specific technical expertise and background in infrastructure and network security, cyber security capabilities and SIEM/analytics;
    • Candidates should have in-depth subject matter expertise of application and data security, with thorough understanding of infrastructure and network security.
    • Participate and drive technical discussions and explain network security solutions and product options to meet customer needs.
    • Prepare technical proposals decks and work on sizing and estimation
    • Involve in customer project delivery and managing customer. expectations.
    • Must have very good knowledge and experience in cloud native network security services and components like resource groups ,vnet ,vpc ,vpn, vnet peering, vpc peering, virtual wan transit gateway, express route direct connect global peering route table, nsg security groups ,nacls traffic manager azure firewall application gateway aws elastic load balancer azure slb ddos protection aws shield waf service endpoints private endpoints etc.
    • Should have very good knowledge and experience in design and deployment
    • implementation of 3rd party vendor appliances like firewalls load-balancers etc.
    • Should have good knowledge and experience in creating design documents like sdd, hld, lld implementation plans migration plan test plan sop etc.
    • Should have good knowledge and experience in bgp routing protocol and deployment of express route direct connect for hybrid DC connectivity.
    • Should have good knowledge and experience in deployment of ipsec vpn protocols for site to site vpns and or point to site vpns using azure.
    • Work with DC and cloud team to provide technical solutions services roadmap for customer requirements.
    • Assist with responsibilities over the technical strategy for an area, technical integrity of process, operations, and associated results
    • Requires strong analytical and communication skills as well as sound judgment and the ability to work effectively with Infra Architects, Network Security Architects, Technology Architects and Executives
    • Experience articulating solutions based on business needs with great attention to detail at a business and technical level.
    • Exposure in performance critical environments where scalability, high availability and security are priorities.
    • Ability to design complex network connectivity solutions across LAN and WAN, Datacentre, Wireless, and Cloud connectivity.
    • Expertise in network consolidation, and capacity planning to provide increased availability and flexibility.
    • Experience in the design of network security solutions.
    • Knowledge of emerging network technologies such as SD-WAN/SASE and automation technologies e.g. Cisco SDA, Ansible, Terraform
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Qualifications:

    • Certifications like CCNP, CCIE are a desired.

    Good to have:

    • Ability to work with 3rd party vendors, OEMs and Product suppliers.
    • Knowledge on Contracts and SLAs.
    • Good knowledge in ITIL process and Agile
