    Job Title: SailPoint Security Architect

    Job Overview: The SailPoint Security Architect will be responsible for the design, implementation, and security of SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within the organization. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that our SailPoint deployments are secure, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The Security Architect will collaborate closely with IT, project management, and compliance teams to architect solutions that meet our complex security needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and architect secure, scalable, and robust SailPoint IAM solutions.
    • Evaluate existing security architectures to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvement.
    • Integrate SailPoint with other security solutions like PAM (Privileged Access Management) for enhanced security capabilities.
    • Lead the security aspect of the implementation and deployment phases, ensuring that all security measures are properly configured and effective.
    • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures related to identity and access management.
    • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure that the IAM solutions meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
    • Provide expertise on authentication, authorization, and encryption technologies.
    • Conduct threat modelling and risk assessments for the SailPoint environments.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that the IAM solutions are aligned with the overall IT security strategy.
    • Stay updated with the latest security technologies, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
    • Mentor and provide guidance to junior security team members.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
    • Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant SailPoint certifications.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions with SailPoint IdentityNow and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ.
    • Strong understanding of identity management, privileged access management, and security compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
    • Demonstrated experience with cloud security architectures and hybrid environments.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a security architect role, with at least 2-3 years focused on SailPoint technologies.
    • Experience in complex IT environments, preferably in large or mid-size organizations.

    Working Conditions:

    • This role may require occasional travel.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology program management within an IT consulting environment.
    • Extensive experience in managing complex IT projects involving system integrations and transformations.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in managing client relationships and project engagements.
    • Strong background in one or more of the following platforms: AWS, SAP, Google Cloud, Sitecore, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce.
    • Proven track record in budget management and contract negotiations. Certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP).
    • PRINCE2 Practitioner.
    • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
    • ITIL Certification.
