Description
We require talented marine outfitters or shipwrights with a proven ability to wok in the luxury boat building sector. We have excellent opportunities for shipwrights with the talent to perform in the Superyacht industry and have Permanent & Contract roles available


Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • General shipwright tasks exterior outfitting
  • Some involvement in fitting interior deckheads
  • External fittings including; winches, cleats, windows, catches & hatches
- _Some_ Teak deck install and caulking decks.

  • Fitting stanchions and ladders.
  • Bond different materials together and have a good understanding of the prep
- requirements to produce a quality job.

  • Composite lamination skills
  • Small molding

Experience of working in the luxury yacht industry
:


  • Possess your own hand and battery tools
  • Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Good team player and excellent communicator.
  • Understanding of quality processes.
  • Ability to listen, understand & follow instructions.

Salary:

£16.50-£24.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- boat building: 5 years (required)

- marine: 5 years (required)

  • United Kingdom (required)
