PMO Analyst

Based in Central London

3 Month contract (possible extension of another 3 months)

Hybrid working 2-3 days on-site

Daily rate - Up to a day outside ir35

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a PMO Analyst

Has worked within the banking or financial setting

Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Projects skills

Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Job role:

Day-to-day delivery of PMO tools and processes to support the Program and Project Managers in effectively monitoring progress and escalating issues and risks to the relevant level of Governance.

Owning the monthly status you will be reporting the processes and you will be responding to the ad hoc requests.

You will be taking part in key project meetings – producing action minutes, recording decisions and tracking actions & striking notes.

User administration and document management of the project SharePoint site, making sure that all the copies are done to a high standard and are available for all the team members

Maintaining program action registers.

Maintaining program project plans.

Establishing, implementing, and supporting key Program, Project, and Governance meetings.
